La Fondue Tokyo presents CHARRIOL “L’art de Vivre la Différence”

In my last post about Vivaci Tokyo, I mentioned I helped produce two big events during Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO. I know I’m posting about said second event like, a month later, but there is no way I’m not going to dedicate a post about this one. The second event my La Fondue Tokyo team produced that week was for Swiss timepiece and jewelry brand CHARRIOL.

前回のブログ記事に、Rakuten Fashion Week TOKYO中に２つのイベントをプロデュースしたことを書きましたが、２つ目のイベントについてなかなか書けず一ヶ月が経ってしまいました・・・遅くなったとしても絶対記事にするとは決めていたので、今更ではありますが書かせていただきました。La Fondue Tokyoはスイスのジュエリーと腕時計ブランドCHARRIOLのレセプションパーティーをプロデュースさせていただきました。

What is CHARRIOL?

CHARRIOL is a prestigious luxury brand of timepieces, fine jewelry, and accessories, encompassing fragrances, eyewear, and leather goods. Founded in 1983 by French entrepreneur Philippe Charriol (1942-2019), the brand remains an independent enterprise. A network of 285 boutiques and 3,800 points of sale distributes CHARRIOL’s creations worldwide. Its main source of inspiration – the cable – endures as a symbol of strength and of courage, and many of their pieces include this motif especially their bangles and timepieces.

CHARRIOLとは？日本ではあまり馴染みのあるブランドではないと思いますが、腕時計、ファインジュエリー、そして様々なアクセサリー（レザーグッズ、アイウェア、フレグランス）などを手掛けるスイスのラグジュアリーブランドです。１９８３年にフィリップ・シャリオール氏(1942-2019)より設立され、今でも自衛事業としてスイスのトップのラグジュアリーブランドとして知られています。２８５ものブティックと３,８００以上の売り場でCHARRIOLの商品は世界中で販売されています。CHARRIOLが知られているケーブルのモチーフは強さと勇気を意味し、バングルや腕時計にも取り入れられています。

“L’art de Vivre la Différence” produced by La Fondue Tokyo

La Fondue Tokyo had the honor of producing a reception party for CHARRIOL at Sankeys Penthouse in Harajuku on October 18th, 2019. The goal was to have as many people learn about the brand and the kinds of pieces they have to offer. Both floors had gorgeous displays of their collection, and guests were allowed to try on some of the jewelry and watches. We also had an organic tattoo booth by artist Ritika for a fun experience, live painting by Geoffrey Bouillot, and DJ sets by DaBook and Mariennu. We also created a moon-and-stars-themed photo backdrop for guests to take photos for memories’ sake. It was wonderful to see many of our friends and also walk-in guests enjoying the party.

光栄なことに、日本初のCHARRIOLのレセプションパーティーをLa Fondue Tokyo がプロデュースさせていただきました。原宿のSankeys Penthouseで開催された「L’art de Vivre la Différence」の目的は、より多くの人にCHARRIOLのことを知ってもらうこと。Sankeysの両フロアにはCHARRIOLの商品を綺麗にディスプレイし、お客様にも商品に触れてもらって試着してもらいました。また、La Fondue式でRitikaのオーガニックタトゥーのブースや、Geoffrey Bouillotのライブペインティング、DaBookとマリエンヌによるDJパフォーマンスもお披露目しました。更に、月とお星様をテーマにしたフォトパネルも用意。たくさんのゲストの方にフォトパネルの前で写真を撮ってもらったので嬉しかったです！
