In collaboration with ELLE girl Japan, they put together a special event for bloggers and influencers at Tenoha Daikanyama to celebrate the launch of the women’s spring collection. About the New Balance ICONIC 574 sneaker

The NBI 574 is the epitome of iconic New Balance design, and I’ve seen so many people in Tokyo wear this particular design in an array of colors. I myself owned a bright pink pair that I wore practically everyday. I immediately fell in love with the 4 new colors from the women’s spring collection – pastel pink, green, blue and purple. Although I ended up wearing a white pair from the men’s collection since the shoe sizes run quite small in Japan, it was about time I upgraded my sneaker game to match my spring wardrobe.

New Balance ICONIC 574のスニーカーは、クラシックなデザインとして知られているので、東京でも履いている人を沢山見かけます。私も以前ホットピンクのスニーカーを愛用していた時期もありました。今回の４つの新色（パステルピンク、グリーン、ブルー、パープル）にもすぐ魅了されました。日本のウィメンズサイズだとサイズがないため、メンズの白を着用することにはなりましたが、春用のワードローブをアップグレードするのにちょうどよかったです。

A fashionable party with ELLE girl Japan

I have always been a huge fan of ELLE girl, and the parties they do are always fabulous and fashionable. Since there are 4 new colors of the ICONIC sneaker, ELLE girl split the room in 4 sections for each color, with photo opportunities in each. For example, the DJ booth was one section representing the pastel pink sneaker, and the section with the mini hammock represented the green sneaker. Even the fruity cocktails were color-themed by sneaker color, which I thought was a great idea. I always appreciate a party that is well thought out so that guests can enjoy every aspect of it. And to top it off, the most popular DJ duo in Japan, Una & Supercup Matcha, got the party started!

私はずっとELLE girlのファンで、今回のイベントもELLE girlっぽいとても豪華でファッショナブルなパーティーだなと思いました。ICONICスニーカーの４つの新色に合わせて、会場のスペースも大きく４つのセクションに別れていました。DJブースはピンク色のテーマだったり、ハンモックが置かれたスペースはグリーンのスニーカーをモチーフにしたり。フルーツを使ったカクテルも新色に合わせたカラーだったので、パーティーゲストも喜んでいました。このようにとても拘ってるパーティーは好きですね！そして、今大人気のDJデュオ、Una & Supercup Matchaがパーティーを盛り上げてくれました！
