Can you believe it’s almost Christmas and the New Year?! To get into the holiday spirit, I’ve teamed up with Cosmopolitan Japan this month to introduce 3 fun & easy holiday looks you can try for 3 different situations – date night, party night, and girls’ night out. Read on to see which makeup products I used to create each look. Enjoy!
Date Night Look
I think the important thing about creating a date night look is to keep it as simple as possible. While you want to look amazing for your significant other, you also want it to be fuss-free so you can enjoy the actual date to the fullest. I kept this one a natural look with a focus on brows and lashes, and also by using a neutral brown color palette for the eyes and a slight contour on my cheeks. For lips, I used the new Shine On lipstick from L’Oreal Paris – it has a slightly glossy finish to achieve those kissable lips!

I mean, if you’re going to party you gotta go all out, right? I used one of my favorite wigs from Aderans as the base for this party look. To match the purple roots in my wig, I used purple glitter eyeshadow from Colourpop with a combination of M.A.C. liquid lipstick and MAKEUP FOREVER lipstick for a pretty purple shade. Since my bangs completely cover my eyebrows, I applied a strong winged eyeliner in black for a sultry look. I experiment more with color when I’m creating a party look, so don’t be shy to try it for yourself! Add some cute accessories to finish the look ?

Girls’ Night Out Look
When I’m out with my girls, I want to look as chic and put together as possible. One of my favorite hairstyles I like to do is a completely slicked-back look. To balance that out, I keep the makeup as feminine as possible but not overdone. For my eyes, I used warm tones from the Colourpop Chic-Y eyeshadow palette, and paired it with the Ultra Matte Lip in Mamacita from the same collection. You can never go wrong with a burgundy-red lip for the holidays. Kisses and have fun!
