Rainbow leaves and bold sweaters

If you’re someone like me who grew up in a city where you can’t tell the difference between summer and winter (oh, how I love you Huntington Beach, CA), then you’d probably be just as excited to take in the beauty that is autumn in Japan. Even in the middle of the city, one can enjoy the gorgeous rainbow of colors on the leaves of the rows and rows of trees along the streets and parks. Lisa and I were lucky enough to capture the remaining glory of the golden ginkgo trees and crimson maple leaves in Ueno Park.

I’m a big lover of all things black, but a touch of color can be necessary sometimes. This cozy Desigual sweater is a pretty combination of bold colors which look great against black. I also recently discovered a brand called Epoi, which is a Japanese brand specializing in genuine leather bags. The sides of this square-shaped bag has an origami motif, which I think is a unique way to distinguish this brand from those of other countries. And completing any outfit with a pair of Zerouv sunglasses is a must!

真っ黒なコーディネートは大好きだけど、たまには色も取り入れたいですね。このふわふわのDesigualのニットは、ピンクとブルーのコンビネーションがすごく合っていて、黒に合わせると更に明るい色が引き立てられます。最近、Epoiという、日本のレザーバッグブランドを発見しました。この四角いバッグの横のディテールが、折り紙のモチーフになっていて、とてもお洒落です。日本ならではのバッグですね！そして、どんなコーデでもZeroUVのサングラスで締めないとね！
