Can’t get enough

A jumble of photos from the past few days. Can’t get enough of Forever 21, an abundance of Hello Kitty, Pasela caramel toast, Pain Petit Pas french toast dessert on Omotesando, scored a pair of cute heels at H&M, and my first time ever at Topshop! I was beyond excited. And one more  – a pretty sunset.

Beautify

I’m a huge fan of Japanese-brand cosmetics, and these are among the few that I purchased. They’re inexpensive, and they work so well! I noticed that the makeup is so light, it feels like I’m not wearing anything. Plus, the humidity here has done my skin wonders. I’m debating whether I should do a giveaway… … Continue Reading

Japanland

These can become really addicting… Enjoy!

Laguna Beach

These are a few shots from a bridal shoot I did a few days before I left for Japan. It was an overcast day, but I think the set came out nicely. I didn’t realize there were so many cute, artsy spots in Laguna Beach – I really had a great time with this one. … Continue Reading

Osaka/Kyoto/Nara

A potpourri of photos from my trip to Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. Some of my relatives live in Osaka, so it was really nice to see them after so many years. I was so excited to go sight-seeing in Kyoto and Nara, but unfortunately, it rained when I went to the Kinkakuji (Temple of … Continue Reading

A treat

Shibuya day 2.Today,  I was able to explore other parts of the city with a friend. More good food, more shopping. The cake is from a fancy cafe called comme ca. Doesn’t it remind you of gelato? We also randomly passed by Opening Ceremony and there was a live radio broadcast called `Go! Hunt My … Continue Reading

Harajuku & Shibuya

Started my week off right by hanging out at Harajuku and Shibuya, 2 of the best places to shop in Tokyo. I met up with a girlfriend I hadn’t seen in 10 years, and she showed me around 🙂 We stopped by Harajuku first, and I spent a while at the Forever 21- the inventory is … Continue Reading

Cute & comfy

Some new items I purchased in Japan! I am already addicted to Uniqlo (the dress, shirt, and panties/tights are all Uniqlo). It’s similar to American Apparel, but I personally think Uniqlo is better. The denim jacket is from a shopping mall that is 10 minutes away from where I am staying. So convenient. Stay tuned … Continue Reading

Hello Japan

These are a few photos from my first few days in Japan. A bit overcast and some rain, but it’s beautiful. I can’t get enough of the food here! Panda cream puffs and bear-shaped donuts – gotta love it. I’ve also been doing some shopping and I love how clothes are so cheap here. I’ll … Continue Reading

Take off

I can hardly contain my excitement as I type this blog post. In a little over 24 hours, I will finally be in Japan! I used to visit every summer when I was a girl, but this will be my first time returning in 7 years. I’m really looking forward to reuniting with old friends, seeing … Continue Reading
