Velvet & violet

There are so many ways to dress up a fur coat, but there are also just as many ways to style it down. I actually like how a plush violet faux-fur coat looks with light-wash denim. I got this pair at the Moussy opening renewal party in Harajuku, and they are my favorite right now. And my velvet open-back top makes its debut after, what, 5 years?? Purchased back during my college days, I loved how it looked but I couldn’t find a great way to style it. It definitely looks good with high-waisted denim and some gold accents.

ファーコートを上品に着る方法はたくさんありますが、カジュアルダウンすることも全然できます。このフェークファーのバイオレットコートは今期のお気に入りで、ライトウォッシュのデニムと相性がいい。デニムは、Moussy原宿店のリニューアルパーティーでゲットしたもの。そして、このオープンバックのベルベットトップスはなんと、５年ぐらい前に買ってからの初登場！多分、大学生の時に買ったのかな。すごく可愛いんだけど、どう上手に着ればいいか分からなくて。。でも、ハイウエストのデニムとゴールドのアクセントでいい感じにスタイリングできたと思います♡
